  • Do I need an appointment for fingerprinting or drug testing?

    Walk-ins are welcome, but we recommend booking an appointment for faster service. Scheduled visits ensure minimal wait time and allow us to prepare the necessary paperwork in advance.

  • What should I bring for fingerprinting or testing?

    A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all services. For fingerprinting, bring any agency-specific forms or reference numbers. For drug testing, bring any employer-provided documentation or chain-of-custody forms.

  • Is your drug testing lab certified?

    Yes, LiveScanLabs uses certified testing facilities for both alcohol and drug testing. We follow strict chain-of-custody protocols and provide rapid, confidential, and legally admissible results.

  • Do you offer fingerprinting for out-of-state or federal applications?

    Absolutely. We assist with out-of-state licensing, FBI background checks, and federal clearances. Our hard copy FD-258 cards meet all required standards.

  • Can you submit fingerprints electronically to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE)?

    Yes, our LiveScan fingerprinting service is compliant with FDLE requirements and transmits data securely for licensing, employment, and clearance applications.

  • Do you accept insurance for lab testing?

    Yes, we accept most major insurance plans and also accommodate self-pay clients. Our staff will assist you in verifying coverage before testing.

  • How soon can I get results from drug or alcohol testing?

    Most drug test results are available within 24–48 hours. Rapid testing options may offer same-day results. Alcohol testing results are typically provided immediately after testing.
